Acquisition and Relocation

• Administrated all aspects of daily operations for several concurrent Federal and locally

funded transportation projects of various sizes and complexities including: cost

estimation, acquisition strategies, management of staff, title issues, appraisal coordination

and review, legal requirements, relocation advisory services and, document and file

preparation

• 13 years of economic development and infrastructure master planning experience

• Coordinated recruitment, procurement, and management of dozens of private sector

teams aimed at providing the highest possible level of service under various regulatory

situations for public sector projects

• Employed use of engineering plans to offer creative solutions applying principles of

practical design to complicated issues on projects affecting project development,

budgeting, and scheduling considerations

• Successfully led acquisition and relocation of properties associated with an 8.2 mile

expansion of the St. Louis Cross County Light Rail Transit Extension (over 200 files)

• Successfully led acquisition and relocation of over 100 parcels for Missouri’s largest

infrastructure project, the expansion of St. Louis International Lambert Airport
